1. Information We Collect

1.1 Text Prompts & Generated Content

When you use WishPix's AI Art Generator, Text-to-Video, or 4K Upscaler features, you provide text prompts and/or upload images/videos. These are processed by our AI servers to generate results.

1.2 Usage Data

Device type, model, and operating system version
App version and feature usage statistics
Crash reports and performance logs
Language and region settings

1.3 Purchase Data

In-app purchases are handled by Google Play. We receive only transaction confirmations: we never store payment card details.

1.4 Advertising Identifiers

We may collect your Google Advertising ID for serving ads through Google AdMob.

2. How We Use Your Information

AI Processing: Prompts, images, and videos are sent to our AI servers for generation. Content is processed in real-time and not permanently stored unless you save results.
App Improvement: Usage data helps us fix bugs and improve features.
Advertisements: To display ads that keep the free tier available.
Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries.

3. Content Storage & Retention

Text prompts are processed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers.
Uploaded images/videos for upscaling are temporarily processed and deleted after generation.
Generated art, videos, and upscaled content are stored locally on your device.
We do not sell or share your content.
