2. Description of Service

WishPix is a free AI-powered creative app for Android providing:

• AI Art Generator: Create art in 30+ styles from text prompts
• Text-to-Video AI: Generate short videos from text descriptions
• 4K Upscaler: Upscale images and videos to 4K resolution
• Anime Art Generator: Create anime-style art from text
• AI Video Maker for Reels: Generate vertical videos for social media
• Community Feed: Browse and share AI-generated creations

3. User Content & Generated Content

You retain ownership of text prompts and uploaded media. By using WishPix, you grant us a limited license to process your content for AI generation only.

AI-generated content is yours for personal, non-commercial use. You may share it on social media.

You agree not to generate content that is illegal, harmful, depicts minors inappropriately, infringes intellectual property, or is intended to harass or deceive others.

4. Community Guidelines

• Content shared on the WishPix community feed must comply with these Terms
• We may remove content that violates our guidelines without notice
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension

5. In-App Purchases

• WishPix Pro subscriptions are billed through Google Play
• Manage subscriptions via Google Play account settings
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy
• Prices may vary by region

6. Intellectual Property

The WishPix brand, logo, UI, AI models, and associated IP are owned by AiBox (Nextvikas). You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

• WishPix is provided "as is" without warranties
• AI-generated content may contain imperfections
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Results depend on prompt quality and AI capabilities

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiBox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of WishPix.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
